It’s not a secret, I love strawberries. The appearance of fresh and juicy strawberries in baskets everywhere is the sure sign of summer. Everybody buys them and try to figure how to eat them in every possible and impossible variety of ways.
I admit, there are thousands different strawberry recipes. Varying from cakes, desserts, ice-cream, to jam, sauces, soups, marinates etc. Another words you can do anything and everything using strawberries.
Unfortunately nothing good lasts forever and fresh strawberries disappear as quickly as they come. So, when you are finely stuffed up to your ears with them, you can start thinking about making some winter supply of strawberry preserves.
